Stove Fire Rope is also known as Heat Resistant Fire Rope, Stove Seals and Thermal Fire Rope. Fire Rope is used to form an air tight seal between the stove door and the stove body to maximise the efficiency and heat output of the stove.

A poor seal will allow additional air to get into the stove fire box increasing the rate of fuel burn and reduce control over the fire burn rate. Rope thickness will vary according to the manufacturer and the size of the stove. Fire Rope is held in place by a High Temperature Rope Adhesive.

The Glass Rope Gasket provides an air tight seal between the glass panel and the metal frame on the stove door. It prevents the glass panel grinding on the metal frame of the stove door when the stove is lit, as the glass expands in the frame

Replacement Stove Glass or Heat Resistant Stove Glass is a transparent protection front for stoves allowing for a clear view of the fire box. Our range of high definition [HD] range of Stove Glass is manufactured from the highest quality, high temperature glass ceramic and normally 4mm thick. We supply Stove Glass for all of the leading stoves brands as well as, some of the lesser known models or discontinued models. Most Stove Replacement Glass has a flat profile and can be square shape, rectangular, have edges cut and have arch curve tops. We also supply a full range of curve profile stove glass

Replacement Stove Glass Clips and Screws are designed to safely keep the glass panel in place allowing for an air tight seal to maximise the efficiency and heat output of the stove. Important: Do not over tighten clips and screws as - allow for expansion caused by the heat of the fire when the stove is lit. If the clips are too tight it will crack the glass.

Stove Door Handles and Locking Mechanism are designed to keep your Wood Burning or Multi Fuel Stove air tight as possible and allowing for a better control over the amount of fuel that you can burn through. If any part of the Stove Door Handles and Locking Mechanism is not functioning then excess air will get into the stove, meaning more fuel consumption and possible smoking to the room. We recommend the use of a Stove Glove when opening and closing your stove door.

The Baffle Plate or Throat Plate is located in the upper region of the firebox, generally above the grate area. The Baffle Throat Plate helps to minimise heat loss into the chimney flue by deflecting flames and heat back toward the front of the stove, maximising heat output to the room.

Fire Bricks are used to line the inside of the stove fire box. They help to insulate the internal sides, rear and top of the stove from the heat and reflect heat back towards the front of the stove, maximising heat output to the room. Most modern Fire Brick are manufactured from 25mm and 30mm Vermiculite Fire Board.

We can manufacture all sizes and profiles of Vermiculite Stove Fire Bricks onsite as well as, Baffle Throat Plates. We also provide larger sheets [900mm x 600mm] if required.

The Stove Grate is the base on which the fire sits and burns inside the stove firebox. The Stove Fire Grate is designed to sit raised off the bottom of the stove internal firebox in order to allow for a draught to flow through the grate. The Stove Grate allows the ashes to fall/riddle down into the ash pan were they can be removed.

The Stove Ash Pans is positioned under the stove firebox grate and extends the full foot print of the fire grate and grate bars. It is designed to catch the ashes from the firebox and can be removed using the lifting tool for cleaning and maintenance.
