Mazona Ripley 4 kW Baffle Set

Assembly Instructions:

1. Ripley baffle parts - 1 steel baffle plate, 1 vermiculite brick, 2 L-shape brackets,

Sold Seperately: 2 bolts, 2 washers, 2 nuts

2. Locate the two bolts through the holes in the steel baffle plate, with the threaded section protruding in the same direction as the baffle plate bends. Place the baffle plate on the ground with the two bends and threaded bolt section facing upwards.

3. Place the vermiculite brick on the steel baffle and ensure the slot cut-outs in the brick are positioned so they surround the screws.

4. Place the L-bend brackets on either side of the brick corners and locate the holes in the brackets on to the bolts.

5. Place washers on the bolts.

6. Place and tighten screws on to the bolts and down on to the washers.

7. Assembly completed.

Pallet Delivery
 
All larger items above 30kgs, including stoves, are shipped via the United Pallet Network.
 
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours and delivery lead time is generally 4 working days. Off shore and Highland locations can take up to 7 working days and can incur an additional charge.
 
The delivery is arranged/booked between the customer and the local area United Pallet Network Courier, who will contact by phone the day prior to delivery. If a different date is required, please arrange this direct with the courier. Also, pass on site access information if required. Couriers provide a tail lift kerb side service and are not insured to take goods into your property.
 
Light Goods
 
All light goods including Spare Parts are delivered via the Royal Mail and couriers including EVRI and DPD. Tracking information is available on request.
 
NOTE that we advise that you do not book Installation Contractors and Tradesmen until you have received your goods. Delays within the network can occur unexpectedly.
Warranty Cover varies between Manufacturers and Products and is effective from date of purchase Invoice. It is recommended to consult your Product Manual for further details. Warranty and Product Registration can be done directly on manufacturer website.
 
NOTE that consumables parts [Glass, Fire Brick, Grates, Baffles Plate] are not covered under Warranty unless stated otherwise. Improper use, lack of cleaning and maintenance evidence, unauthorised modifications, and improper installation will also affect Warranty Cover.
To get the very best performance from our new Stove, Fireplace or Flue System, it is recommended to have the Installation carried out by a qualified professional HETAS installer.

HETAS Installers demonstrate that goods will be safely installed and complient with up to date Building Regulations and Manufacturers Guidelines anf adhering to Warranty Cover and Registration.
